R.M.A (Return Material Authorization)

Return/Credit Policy:

1: Credit is allowed only for return that is in good and resaleable condition . Credit will only be given within 30 days from the Invoice date.

2: Replacements will only be issued within the one year warranty period.

3: All claims for incomplete part(s), or damages must be made within 10 days from receipt of the good(s).

4: All chassis products showing signs of modification or usage will not be repaired or credited.

5: All returns for credit which are not in the original packaging or are incomplete, will be assessed a minimum restocking fee of 20%.

6: Credit will not be issued for OEM/Custom-made part(s)(All products that are NCNR). They will only be repaired within the 1 year warranty period.

7: All RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
